Program “Healing: The Work on the 5 Bodies”

The actual length of the program can vary; the units can be adapted to the state of knowledge of the participants present at a workshop. The program is suitable for a one-week workshop. All topics studied in depth can be treated as a semester program as part of a larger school curriculum.

Unit 1:

Overview and General Introduction with demonstration
Where are we today? Integrity and “dis-integration” over time
Healing is to become whole, the ability to overcome contradictions and to unite opposites.
Retrieving ancient wisdom from times, when physician and priest were one:
Spiritual vs. Physical?  The physical world is spirit – manifested.
Shadow vs. Light? Living in balance is embracing both.
Empathy vs. Sympathy – How to become a conduit.

Unit 2:
The five bodies of the human being: their “anatomy” and their interaction
The Physical Body: On ease and disease, or “What the body tells us”
The face as a reflection of the soul
Body language: a postural and structural approach
 
Unit 3:
The Emotional Body: ”I am so sick of it!” Getting sick by emotions?
Emotional fields and their associated organs and muscle groups
True Release: Breaking the vicious cycle of suppression and reaction.
Therapy beyond the “Thinking”: being safe is a feeling!
Safety is a fundamental, deep body level of feeling –
you can’t think yourself into safety.
 
Unit 4:
Unwinding: Discovering the wisdom of the body with movement to the music used in this work, support and guidance for everybody who wishes for it.

Unit 5:
The Psychological or Mental Body: Human conditions – conditioned humans
The games we play and the games that play us – beyond avoidance and addiction
Breaking through Circuits of Thinking
It’s all in the Mind? Freeing the Self from the Mind
It’s all subjective!? … That is subjective!
 
Unit 6:
The Metaphysical Body
How past lives are now lives: The Beyond is right here, ending separation
Past life afflictions we deal with as healers
We‘ve been all: cultures, their diversity and change over time.
Dealing with the conflict within
Major principles in cultures and religions

Unit 7:
The Spiritual or Chakra Body
Ten times enlightened and still too bright!?
On light and shadow on the Chakras: a radically practical approach on our “energy system”
If we strive for the light only, the shadows grow darker within us…
Let’s weave it all together: the Tapestry of Life
Accepting our “earthiness”- the importance of being grounded: a story of the root chakra
We are earth walking, with north pole and south pole, 7th & 1st Chakra
An integration of religious and spiritual principles: giving birth to your Self

For Physical and Emotional Healing”
